The rapidly rising band, The Warning, literally stormed into Maryland with their highly anticipated Keep Me Fed Tour. The group, made up of three sisters from Monterrey, Mexico, has been steadily climbing the ranks of the rock scene in recent years. Our introduction to the band was while they were on tour in support of Halestorm in 2022, and it's been impressive to witness their evolution and growth into a commanding, headlining act!

Opening the evening was a young band called Speed of Light - coincidentally, also made up of three siblings. Seventeen year old singer and bassist, Riley, was joined by her slightly older brothers - Tyler on drums and Cameron on guitar. They brought a youthful energy to the stage, delivering a balanced mix of heavy dynamics and slower tempos. Riley's vocal ranged from soft, melodic passages to ear piercing screams drove the band's sound with intensity and passion. They powered through an impressive nine song set of all original material. By the end of their performance they had clearly earned the crowd's respect with their raw energy and undeniable vibe. Definitely another band to keep your eye on, as they've already played Punk in the Park, toured with Bad Religion, and have had multiple residencies in SoCal.

After a quick set change, The Warning took the stage. As the lights dimmed, Pau, Ale, and Dani Villarreal appeared with their intro video streaming on the screen behind. The first chords of Six Feet Deep hit, and it was full speed ahead. From the very first song, it was clear that this band is as energetic and tight as ever! The sisters fed off each other's energy, seamlessly synching with the crowd's electric vibe. S!CK follows, and with the crowd already in a frenzy, voices rise in unison as fans sing along with the band. The energy in the room is palpable - it's clear this is shaping up to be a special night. The band powers through Satisfied and CHOKE, with Dani showcasing her emotional vocal range. Ale's bass growled like a caged beast, while Pau's thunderous percussion laid down a rock solid foundation beneath it all.

Que Mas Quieres was up next - a powerful moment as the band performed in their native language of Spanish, prompting crowd sing-alongs from their Latin and bi-lingual brothers and sisters. The mood shifted slightly with Escapism and Apologize, showing a more introspective side of the band. Their connection with the audience with these songs was undeniable, a quiet intensity filling the room. But then, the energy shot back up to ten with MORE and a crowd favorite Money. Pau was absolutely amped, pounding the drums like they owed her money - fueling a surge of energy that rippled through the venue. As the set neared it's end, the band fired off Burnout, Sharks, and DISCIPLE in rapid succession, keeping the intensity sky high. Then came MARTIRIO, performed entirely in Spanish - a haunting, emotional piece that clearly held deep personal meaning for the sisters. You could both see and feel the weight of it in their performance. They closed out the main set, fittingly, with EVOLVE a title that mirrors their own journey. What began as an internet sensation has, through relentless hard work and undeniable talent, evolved into a powerhouse headlining act, now commanding stages across the globe!

After a brief walk off stage, the band returned to thunderous applause for a rapid fire two song encore. The crowd hadn't had enough of that electric energy and neither had The Warning. They kicked it off Narcisista, with Dani pouring her heart into the vocals while tearing through a blistering guitar solo. The crowd roared along with the chorus, matching the band's intensity note for note. To close out the night, they delivered Automatic Sun - a short but punchy track with a smooth groove that felt like the perfect send off. As the final notes rang out, the crowd left undeniably happy, though a little sad to see it all come to an end.

The Warning are poised for even greater heights. They've done it their way, and its clear - they can no longer be categorized as just an "internet band". They're as real as it gets. Females are undeniably the future of rock, and The Warning are leading the charge with power, passion, and purpose. With only a few shows left on this tour don't miss your chance to be fed by The Warning!
